Refund policy

We want you to love your Verse Roots Bible Study Guide. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items with visible wear, writing, or damage unrelated to shipping are not eligible.

How to start a return

Email contact@verseroots.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and an address. Please do not ship items back before contacting us — unreturned shipments may not be refundable.

Shipping costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. In those cases, we cover return shipping and replace or refund the order at no cost to you.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.

Non-refundable items

Digital bonuses (the Verse Roots Bible App trial, audio prayers, and 365-day study plan) are not refundable once they have been delivered or accessed. The Order Protection add-on, if purchased, is also non-refundable.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, email contact@verseroots.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include photos of damaged items where possible. We will replace or refund on a case-by-case basis.
