Products

We try to describe products accurately, including materials, page counts, and digital bonus details. Colors and images may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing batches. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.

Orders and payment

Shipping

Digital products and app access

Orders may include digital bonuses such as the Verse Roots Bible App trial, audio prayers, and study plan. These are licensed, not sold — you receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them. The 30-day app trial may be cancelled at any time during the trial window.

Refunds and returns

All content on the Site — including the Bible Study Guide, logos, design, photography, and written material — is owned by Verse Roots or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Verse Roots is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
