Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Additional regions may be added later.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on every order to the United States and Canada, with no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment. Processing may take longer during holidays or promotional periods.

Delivery window

Standard delivery is usually 3–7 business days from the date of shipment for US orders, and 7–14 business days for Canadian orders. Carrier delays occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear after shipment.

Customs and duties

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Wrong address, undelivered, or lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address you provide. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship at the customer’s cost. If your package is lost in transit, contact contact@verseroots.com with your order number and we’ll open a claim with the carrier.
